MISSION: Northeast harris county apartment fire victims

Our Executive Director actually witnessed the fire when it first began, and MISSION: Recovery Services provided families with the following items after arson burned down their homes on January 5, 2026.    


On January 6th, MISSION: Recovery Services delivered the following to Principal Boleware at Monahan Elementary School.  Each of the 3 selected families received:

· 2 blankets

· 1 pillow and pillowcase

· 1 hand towel

· 2 pkgs of napkins

· 1 refill bottle of hand soap

· 13 pods of tide

· 3 packages of foot covers

· 1 container of hand sanitizer

· 1 pkg of face masks

· 1 9pk of toilet paper

· 1 roll of paper towels

· 2 bars of soap

· 1 bath bomb

· 1 16oz of TGIN shampoo

· 1 tube of toothpaste

· 1 pkg of paper plates

· Plastic spoons

· Plastics forks

· 1 sleeve of mini cups

· 1 sleeve of 16oz red cups

· 1 pkg of foil sheets

· 1 gallon of water

· 2 pkgs of Ritz Crackers

· 4 cans of chili

· 1 can of charro beans

· 1 pkg of red beans

· 1 lg can of albacore tuna

· 1 can of tuna

· 1 can of Campbell’s soup. 


By having these items, families are now able to focus on their physical and mental health needs while acquiring additional resources to help them recover from the damage.
