Come see where and how we have
served communities over the years.
From Hurricane Katrina to the tragic Uvalde School Shooting, our team serves those in need.
Clean water is necessary for a healthy life. So, we partnered with our donors and Living Word Fellowship Church to deliver water to an assisted living facility in need. With over 2 pallets provided, they can focus on living.
MISSION: Recovery Services fed the Uvalde, Texas community 3 times after the UCISD school shoooting that claimed the lives of 21 people. With 929 meals served, the community was able to focus on healing instead.
Believing in the need, the Olivers ordered a 2022 JEEP Gladiator to serve as the first rig for MISSION: Recovery Services. The Gladiator, nicknamed RED MOON, arrived April 2022, and MISSION: Recovery Services hit the road!
Hurricane Ida (Cat 4) - Unable to respond to the Cajun Navy’s call for assistance in person, the Olivers donated to the cause and organized a fundraiser for the TCU Food Bank that serves Terrebonne Parrish in Louisiana.
Winter Storm Uri - The Oliver family sustained damage and received funds to repair their home. From this experience, Sis. Wendy started planning a charitable organization that would coordinate disaster relief services to communities impacted by weather and human emergencies.
Hurricane Harvey (Cat 4) - The Oliver family weathered the storm in Pearland, Texas. As community members got flooded out of their homes, the Olivers provided food, shelter, and clean-up services during and after the hurricane.
Hurricane Ike (Cat 2) - With a 3-month old baby at home, the Oliver family weathered the storm and provided power to neighbors until the electricity was restored about 2 weeks later.
Hurricane Rita (Cat 3) - After evacuating for the storm, the Oliver family served the Jasper, Texas community by cutting trees off homes and providing needed supplies through True Bible CFC.
Hurricane Katrina (Cat 5) - In the aftermath, Sis. Wendy coordinated a volunteer effort at Hilton Furniture when Louisiana residents arrived in Houston, Texas to receive services.
After hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, winter storms, wildfires, and massive loss of life,
our charitable organization travels to the community to provide disaster relief services.
